Sari, Mazandaran prov, July 21, IRNA – Mazandaran province of Iran and Mangystau province of Kazakhstan explored areas of promoting trade relations.
Iran, Kazakhstan enjoy good grounds for growing trade ties
In a meeting between the Governor General of Mazandaran province Rabei Fallah and his Kazakh counterpart from Mangystau province Alik Aydarbayev, the two sides agreed there is an excellent opportunity now for expanding trade exchanges.
The Iranian official travelled to Kazakhstan on Monday heading an economic delegation to open Irans exclusive exhibition to be held in Aktau, capital of Mangystau.
During the meeting, he said the exhibition could pave the way for the active and impressive presence of Iranian businessmen and tradesmen in Kazakhstan.
He stressed the need for expanding friendly relations between the two brotherly countries and said the horticultural crops of Mazandaran province could easily find a good market in Kazakhstan.
He said the two provinces could even cooperate in cultivating shrimp, exchanging technical and engineering services and training human resources.
He also urged his counterpart to help establish an air link between the two provinces and asked for signing of mutual trade and economic agreements.
The Kazakh official welcomed expanding of ties with Mazandaran province and hoped removal of sanctions against Iran will positively affect the trend of trade and business relations.
