Distance ‌Banking

The Middle East Bank offers the “Distance Banking” services, in addition to branch-banking and E-banking services, to its special clients. The bank’s continuous communication with the businesses together, identifying the specific needs and requirements of each client, not only increases the accuracy and quality of service provision but also decreases costs and saves time.

The clients can see improvements in the quality of banking services and smoothing out of the banking transactions when the Bank’s trustworthy adept agents make visits to the concerned place during the day. The distance banking services meet the clients’ needs in different venues during the working hours, resulting in higher client satisfaction, while lessening their visits to the branch.

In response to the requests of Legal Entities and Individual persons client, the following banking services are offered by the MEB branches through distance banking:

  • Opening various accounts
  • Receipt and payment of cash
  • Issuance of cashier/certified cheques
  • Training the “Internet Banking for Legal Entities
  • Money transfer (Internal Fund, Satna (RTGS)/ Paya (ACH))
  • Activating Electronic banking services
  • Providing information on deposits and transactions
  • Teaching E-banking services application
  • Receipt of and depositing the cheques (to be paid by the drawing banks) and returning the bounced cheque
  • Giving advice on using services relating to FX, credits, …
  • Opening accounts for employees and making direct deposits to the employees’ accounts, issuance of and submitting various bank cards
  • Giving advice on interests paid to different deposits, calculation method, return on deposits’ interests and putting forward the best proposals.
