He made the remarks in a meeting with Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov in Moscow.
Sattari cited significance of expanding bilateral ties in all fields, saying that the two countries have numerous potentials for cooperation.
Manturov, for his part, said the two countries favor all-out development, especially in aerial industries and industrial centers.
Exclusive exhibition of Russian industry will be held in Tehran to make the Iranian companies and institutes further acquainted with Russian projects, he said.
Manturov who is scheduled to visit Tehran in December invited the Iranian investors to participate in the countrys economic undertakings.
He announced a preliminary agreement between Tehran and Moscow for promoting industrial centers and engineering.
First session of Iran-Russian Joint Commission of Science and Technology will also be held with Sattari and Russian deputy prime minister Dmirty Rogozin.
MAKS 205 opened on Tuesday and will work until Thursday.
