Iran, France discuss aerospace industrys co-op opportunities (13 June 2016)

Iranian Aviation and Space Industries Association and National Business Agency of France in a joint workshop participated by officials of 26 French firms and 10 Iranian ones discussed economic opportunities in aerospace industry cooperation.


On the details of the workshop, head of Iranian Aviation and Space Industries Association Amin Salari told IRNA on Monday that the workshop was held last week in 4 sections. He added Iranian delegation had a visit to a big French firm near Paris. 


Referring to his speech in the workshop, Salari said that he emphasized the fact that many sellers from all around the world have expressed readiness to supply required spare parts needed in Irans aerospace industry.


He said that investment in economic opportunities and technology exchange are welcomed by Iran. 


Salari reiterated that Iran has a good position in repair and maintenance of airplanes and is capable of being a gate to enter neighboring markets.


He added that French companies became informed of Iranian skilful spare parts makers readiness in cooperation and joint-production and also the attractiveness of Iranian airport industry and public aviation section was explained for foreign investors.
