The Middle East Telephone banking service has been launched to expand 24-hour electronic banking  services and provides the customers with the possibility to carry out some of their banking operations, around the clock, using this system.
The esteemed customers can call 42557 to enjoy telephone banking services.
Some of the main services offered through this system are as per followings:
Access to the balance (of account)
Access to statements
Access to the “Sheba Number” (IBAN) of the account
Customary money transfer (between the accounts with the Middle east bank)
Paying bills (coming soon)
Check operations (announcing the status of the check leafs of the checkbook)
Changing the default setting (including changing username and the first and second password for telephone banking)
Faxing the statement

The (individual) customers can refer to the branch and fill out the application form for activation of the above- said services for any of their bank accounts.
The legal persons can also complete the form and introduce a representative to have access to these services.
