Mobile Banking is among the electronic banking services offered by the Middle East Bank. This product enables customers to conduct various financial transactions, using mobile phones, without any time constraint. The new version of this service offers the followings to the customers:

• Viewing deposit account statement and available funds
• Viewing financial transactions over 12- month period, shown on charts
• Viewing account information (opening date, name and code of opening branch, IBAN (SHEBA) number)
• Viewing the information and address of all the branches, Middle East Bank’s ATMs and Farabank Company, on the map
• Viewing foreign exchange rates every day
• Monitoring the information about the active loans and the option to repay them
• Monitoring transactions and details of Murabaha credit card
• Monitoring status of transactions of the company, conducted by authorized signatories
• Viewing details of checkbook
• Monitoring the checks and their status
• Transferring funds through SHETAB (Interbank Information Transfer Network) or non-SHETAB card-to-card transfer, with the option to save or delete the recipient’s card number
• Transferring funds from customer’s account to accounts with other banks (through SATNA (Iranian version of Real Time Gross Settlement) or PAYA ( Iranian version of Automated Clearing House)), with the option to save or delete the recipient’s IBAN (SHEBA) number
• Transferring funds to other accounts with the Middle East Bank and between customer’s accounts, with the option to save or delete the recipient’s account number
• Possibility to pay all utility bills across the country (ATM barcode scanner available)
• Repayment of Murabaha credit card debts
• The option to confirm funds transfer created by the  financial representative in the internet banking(maker) by the authorized signatories(checker) for individual accounts, through mobile banking
• The option to confirm, by the authorized signatories(checker), company’s transactions for legal customers and for transactions of individual customer’s joint accounts
• Possibility for the super maker to control funds transfer (created by the maker in the internet banking) through mobile banking
• Possibility to leave notes on transactions
• Possibility to add the details of the transaction (for internal transactions)
• Possibility to add the details of the transaction in inter-bank transactions, to be viewed in the source account
• Access to, and the possibility to share, the receipt of all transactions
• The option to save all receipts in a separate folder in a Gallery, under the name of Middle East Bank, if activated
• Possibility to save the source card verification value (CVV2) and its expiry date
• Management of all cards (disablement, change of second password, blocking the card)
• The option for managing the beneficiary
• Account(s) management option
• Logging on, using fingerprint/face-recognition identification system
• The option for changing logging on password and transaction password through mobile banking
• Possibility to confirm identity, using fingerprint/face recognition, for transaction password and the card’s second password
• Possibility to use the application in English and Persian languages
• When enabling the dynamic password, the dynamic password software can be, automatically, requested

How to receive Mobile Banking Application for IOS

Having installed mobile banking application for IOS device, go through the following steps:
1. Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management
2. Choose A.Y. Technologies Inc.
3. Select Trust

To enable the app. without visiting a branch:
To activate the “mobile banking”, you should have already received the Internet banking Username and the Password from the MEB branches,
Having received the Mobile banking application, as described above, follow the below steps:
1. Enter the Internet banking username and password
2. Enter the displayed security code, which appears in writing but needs to be entered in numbers
3. Create your desired application password

Having completed the above, an enabling password is sent to the mobile number, which you have already given to the bank. Entering this password makes the mobile banking application ready for use.
