Telephone Banking
Middle East Bank’s telephone banking service has been launched to provide our customers with more convenient electronic banking services. The automated service is simple to use and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The customers can call 42-557 and enjoy the benefits of the telephone banking services.    
Major services offered through telephone banking:
• Access to bank account balance
• Access to account statements
• Access to account’s IBAN
• Transfers to accounts within MEB
• Bill payment service (will be available soon)
• Check operations (displays the status of the check leaves in the checkbook)
• Ability to change default settings (username, first and second password for telephone banking)
• Ability to fax account statements

Both individuals and legal entities can activate their telephone banking service by visiting any of MEB branches and completing the required form. Legal entities can also introduce a representative which will have access to these services.
