Iran will not permit any sabotage in telecommunication system, Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi said.
Azari Jahromi made the remarks addressing a conference on passive defense in communication network on Tuesday.
Referring to the Monday cyberattack on Iran"s infrastructure, he said Iranian experts will stand against cyberattacks.
“The attack was organized by the same regime who has deployed cyber-weapons like Stuxnet before, and was repelled by our technical teams,” Azari Jahromi earlier wrote on his twitter account.
He also announced that the evidence pertaining to the cyberattack will be presented in all international communities.
"We will exchange our experiences regarding the cyberattack with neighboring countries," he said.
Iran has been targeted by cyberattacks in the past, including the malicious computer worm Stuxnet which aimed to demolish Iran’s nuclear sites.
